INGREDIENTS:

4 slices bread
4-5 boiled and mashed potatoes
salt to taste
1-2 tbsp schezwan sauce/ketchup/garlic chutney
1 small carrot grated
1-2 tbsp green chutney
1 small carrot grated
1-2 tbsp green chutney
1 small capsicum chopped
4-5 spinach leaves finely chopped
some fresh coriander
1 small onion finely chopped
2 tbsp cheese spread/grated cheese
pepper to season
1 cup or around 120 gms gramflour/besan
pinch of asafortida/heeng
1/8 tsp carom seeds/ajwain
2 pinches cooking/baking soda
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
water as desired
oil for frying
