Ingredients:
Prep time - 10mins
Cooking time - 10mins
Serves - 4

INGREDIENTS:
Besan - 2 cups
Cumin - 1tsp
Salt - to taste
Onion chopped - ¼ cup
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Green chilli chopped - 1tsp
Coriander chopped - a handful
Ginger chopped - 2tsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Kasoori methi leaves - 2tsp
Chaat masala - 1tsp
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Curd - ½ cup
Water - 1½ cup (approx)
Baking Soda/Eno - 1½ tsp
Oil - a dash

DHANIA TAMATAR CHUTNEY-
Coriander leaves - a small bunch
Tomato (medium) - 4nos
Black salt - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Ginger - a small piece
Lemon juice - 4tbsp
Cumin - 1tsp
Sugar - a pinch
Green chilli - 1no
Mint leaves - a handful
