I've been asked several times if there is a way Bread rolls can be made without the Oven? The answer is yes. Watch to see how. :)http://www.cheflolaskitchen.com/no-oven-bread-rolls/ Link to Full Bread Rolls Recipehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HH4sXIZQRvYMy recipe for making Bread Rolls. I've been using this recipe for a long time now and it has never failed. It's so soft and tasty.Ingredients4 Cups of flour (plus about a handful or less for kneading)4 Tablespoon Melted Butter1 Tbs Yeast2 Eggs + 1 more for Egg wash1 Tsp Salt1 Cup Warm Milk1/4 Cup Sugar + 2 Tsp for proofing the YeastNote: The dough should be really soft so try as much as possible to use as little flour as possible during the kneading process to ensure the best result. If you are using a machine (stand mixer or food processor) for this you can add an additional 1 to 2 Tablespoons. Even if the Dough is soft don't get worked up, as soon as the Dough is well kneaded the gluten will develop and an elastic and soft dough will be formed.I use the standard US standard measuring cup for my all my measurements and you can check for the unit conversion on this linkhttp://cheflolaskitchen.com/measurement-conversion-table/You can also find me here;Blog http://cheflolaskitchen.comFacebook https://www.facebook.com/ChefLolasKitchenInstagram https://www.instagram.com/cheflolaskitchen-~-~~-~~~-~~-~-Latest Video: "Super Crispy Baked Potato Wedges" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaVCk-U-Vic-~-~~-~~~-~~-~-
