Breakfast Egg Cup Recipe in English:

9 K&Ns Bologna Slice
4 large eggs
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp green onion - chopped
2 Cheddar Cheese Slice
Salt to taste
Tsp Black Pepper
Tsp Red chili flakes

Method:
- Thaw K&Ns Bologna Slices as per the instructions on the pack.
- chop the two K&Ns Bologna Slices into small pieces and set aside.
- Place each of the K&Ns Bologna Slices in its own muffin cup.
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, salt, black pepper and red chili flakes. Stir in the chopped K&Ns Bologna Slices and green onion. Pour egg mixture into bologna cups.
- Bake uncovered at 200 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Layer thin strips of cheddar cheese over the omelet cups and bake a few minutes longer until cheese melts.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
