BREAKFAST WITH OATS KHEER | OATS PAYASAM | KHEER RECIPE | OATS RECIPE | Indian Mom's Kitchen

The best way to have oats is to have it in the form of Oats Kheer or Oats Payasam. It is so tasty that you cannot stop with just one bowl. Most of your guests and family members will be asking for at least a second helping if not more. This kheer is very easy to prepare at home. Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ghee
A handful of Coconut pieces
A handful of Cashews/Kaju
A handful of Raisins/Kishmish
1 cup Oats
1 cup Jaggery/Gud
1/2 cup Water
2 cups Milk
1/2 tsp Elaichi/Cardamom powder
1/2 tsp Sonth/Dry Ginger powder
