On my 8th day of water fasting, I had the most amazing moment at the 8/11 Fruitluck in Malm this weekend that I wanted to share Surrounded by a beautiful community, it just felt so right and intuitive to break my fast there We had three different watermelons, and thanks to the wonderful fruity crew who taste-tested them, I was able to break my fast with the absolute best one Im feeling quite blessed to have shared this experience with such a sweet crew of kindred spirits and friends, I really couldn't have asked for a more perfect way to end my fast and celebratePs Im on day 3 of the reefeed now and all is going amazing, this whole process has been renergizing and has bubbled up lots of excitement and creativity for the future, so much fun to come#waterfasting #fruitluck #malm #communitylove #fastingjourney #gratitude #fruitbased #healthyliving
