Todays menu is brioche burger buns that were used to make pulled pork burgers.
Actually, I was going to use store-bought buns but they seemed in such bad shapes.
It was hard work but it was worth it. Stay tuned for the pulled pork burger video.

* Ingredeints (8ea)
150ml, 50ml, 9g, 30g , 5g
400g, 1, 40g, (*), ( 1 )

150ml warm water, 50ml warm milk, 9g dry yeast, 30g sugar, 5g salt
400g bread flour, 1 egg, 40g softened unsalted butter, sesame seeds(*optional), egg wash(1 egg yolk and a little of water)

1. Mix warm water, milk and dry yeast.

2. In a large bowl, add and mix bread flour, sugar and salt. Then, add dry yeast mixture and egg and mix well using spatula.

3. Knead the dough until they dont stick to the hands. Then, add butter and keep kneading for 10 min or until shape into smooth ball.

4. Cover bowl with wet cloth or plastic wrap and let dough rise until double the size, about 1 to 2 hours.

5. Knead the dough, divide into 8 pieces and fold the ends into a ball.

6. Transfer to oven tray, cover with wet cloth and let dough rise for about 1 hour.

7. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake in preheated oven at 200C for 15~20min or until golden brown.
Temperature and baking time may vary due to type of the oven.
