4 Brioche Twists You Wish You Knew Earlier !

How to make 3 Great Brioche Dough twists including Donuts, Nutella Swirls, Parisian Brioche and the epic FAIL Brioche Croissant. VERY EMBARRASSING FRENCH-WISE...

How to make Brioche Donuts :
Flatten the one-time-proofed dough to 5mm thick.
Cookie cutter a few discs then poke the centers out.
Let proof for 30 minutes covered with plastic wrap.
Fry at 180C or slightly lower for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar on a cooling rack.

How to make french Individual Parisian Brioche
Divide the one-time-proofed dough into balls ( kiwi size).
Shape into buns if you want brioche buns.
Pinch twist small proportion of one ball, then push back that pinched part in the ball. Small brioche ball on top, bigger ball underneath.
Cut with a pair of scissors around the base.
Let proof for 30 minutes covered with plastic wrap.
Brush with an eggwash.
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or less.
Get fancy schmancy with your Parisian Brioche.

Nutella Chocolate Brioche Swirls !
Flatten the one-time-proofed dough out to 2 mm thick.
Spread Nutella Hazelnut chocolate spread on top.
Roll it and form a cylinder.
Cut it lengthwise but leave about an inch uncut on one end.
Going from one end to the other swap those strings a few times.
Give it a swirl and gently seal this by sticking those two pieces.
Try to make it round and pretty. Brush it with an eggwash.
In the oven at 180C or 360F for 20 minutes or less.
Gorgeous and tempting golden chocolate swirls.
