Luckily, we've done the hard yards for you. We start at The Pie Room created by Executive Head Chef Calum Franklin. Calum has created a space devoted to perfecting the art of one of Britain's most historical and beloved foods- the pie. We sample the hot pork pie and his award winning Scotch egg- both are incredible. Next up it's a feast of classic fish and chips from a family run, old school fish and chippery in Westminster. We eat battered cod and chips doused in malt vinegar in the park.
