I love cupcakes. When I moved to LA I tried them for the 1st time in my life (in Italy they are not so common) and I fell in love :-)I not only like the taste of cupcakes but also the shape...and I think that - by definition - everything with a cupcake shape has to be yummy! I realized a whole menu with a cupcake shape...from appetizer to dessert.Here you are the main course :-)Cupcakes with broccoli and ricotta (yes...the homemade ricotta I showed you few episodes ago!). We really loved them! Let me know what you think.p.s.As I'm using eggs, I would recommend this recipe for baby older than 1 year.
