Broccoli Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:
Penne pasta 2 cups
Water (for boiling) a required
Oil (for boiling) 1 tbsp.
Salt (for boiling) 1 tsp.
Broccoli 1 ½ cup
K&N’S Jumbo Frank Sausage 7-8 or as required
Parmesan cheese (grated) 1/3 cup
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Parsley 1/4 cup
Cream 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Spinach leaves 1 cup
Chicken broth 1.5 cup


Directions:
1. In a pot heat water and add salt and oil. Bring it to a boil. Add penne pasta and boil until 70% done. Add broccoli in the last 3 minutes of boiling. Strain through chilled water and set aside. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water for later use.
2. In a pan heat oil and onion and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes or until translucent. Add cream and spinach leaves, cook until spinach leaves get soft.
3. Add Chicken broth, salt, black pepper and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until thickens.
4. Add pasta mixture and cook over high flame for a minute. Add chicken broth and parsley and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Thaw K&N’s Jumbo Frank Sausage and per instructions on the pack. Take the K&N’s Jumbo Frank Sausage and cut into 2 inch small pieces.
6. Fry K&N’s Jumbo Frank Sausage as per instructions on the pack.
7. Dish out the prepared pasta and place prepared K&N’s Jumbo Frank Sausages over them.
8. Garnish it with parmesan cheese and serve.
9. Your Broccoli Sausage Pasta is ready.
