Ingredients:
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
A pinch of Hing / Asafetida
1/2 cup Finely chopped Onion
Curry leaves
1 Finely chopped Green chili
1/2 cup Finely chopped Green pepper
1/4 cup Finely chopped Carrot
1/4 cup Green peas
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 cup Daliya / Wheat rava
1 cup Hot Water
Salt to taste
Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
Heat up oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, hing, onion, curry leaves and green chili.
Mix well and cook for about a minute.
Add green pepper, carrot and green peas.
Mix well and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Add turmeric powder and stir well.
Add daliya and mix well.
Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add hot water and mix well.
Add salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
Cover and cook for about 2 minutes.
Turn off the gas and wheat upma is already.
