Brownie cubes, marshmallows and strawberries arranged in satay sticks to make this sinful kababs.BROWNIE STRAWBERRY KABABIngredients 1 cup refined flour + for dusting8 strawberries, hulled1¾ cups castor sugar 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 tablespoon coffee decoction 1 cup butter, melted 1 cup chopped dark chocolate, melted ½ cup cocoa powder¾ cup crushed hazelnuts Butter for greasing8-10 marshmallows, quartered2-3 tablespoons cream cheese2-3 tablespoons icing sugar16 marshmallows Chocolate sauce for drizzlingFresh mint sprigs for garnishingMethod1. Preheat oven to 180° C.2. Put castor sugar in a bowl. Add eggs one by one and whisk using an electric beater till light and fluffy. 3. Add vanilla essence, coffee decoction, melted butter and melted dark chocolate and whisk well. 4. Sift together flour and cocoa powder, add ¾ of hazelnut and fold well. 5. Grease a baking tin with some butter and dust with some flour. Pour ¾ of the batter and arrange half of marshmallows. 6. Pour the remaining batter on top and spread covering the marshmallows. Tap, spread remaining hazelnut and arrange remaining marshmallows on top. 7. Place the tin on a baking tray. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and demould. 8. Cut the brownie into 1 inch pieces. 9. Mix together cream cheese and icing sugar in another bowl and fill it in a piping bag. 10. Insert one brownie piece, marshmallow, strawberry, marshmallow and another brownie piece onto each skewer and place on a serving platter.11.
