A Buffalo wing, Buffalo chicken wing, hot wing or wing, in the cuisine of the United States, is a chicken wing section that is generally deep-fried, unbreaded and coated in a sauce of vinegar-based pepper hot sauce and butter in the kitchen.

Ingredients:
Chicken wings 500 g
Butter milk 1 c
Salt
Pepper powder 1 ts
Ginger, garlic paste 1tb
Chilly powder 1 tb
Oil for deep-fry 3 cu
All purpose flour 1c
Butter 1 tb
Chilly paste 2 tb
Garlic chopped 1 ts
Parsley chopped 2
Sugar pinch
Vinegar ½ c
Tabasco sauce 1 ts

Directions:
Take a bowl marinate the chicken wings with butter milk, salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, leave it for 2 hours. And drain the liquid.

And coated the chicken wings with all purpose flour, and deep fry until golden brown, take it aside.

Take some butter in a pan add chilly paste (soaked in the vinegar), salt, sugar, chilly powder, vinegar, Tabasco sauce, add chopped garlic, chopped parsley let it cook for 2 minutes.

Put chicken wings on top of the sauce and sauté them.
