?!?! : Bulgogi sandwich, Korean BBQ Beef Honeykki

Todays menu is Bulgogi Sandwich from the Yoons Kitchen of Korean TV program.
Bulgogi is thinly sliced beef marinated in sweet soy sauce grilled or stir-fried.
I think those who are interested in Korean food would know it. Its said that bulgogi and galbi are the two most internationally loved Korean dishes.
Usually, the beef is marinated in the sweet soy sauce for a while, but you dont need to with this recipe, so its simple and easy enough to follow.
This recipe includes simple additional recipes for bulgogi rice bowl, bulgogi noodles and bulgogi sandwich.

* Basic Bulgogi (served 3~4)
400g , 1/2, 1/2, 1
: 50ml, 50ml, 2Tbs, 1, 1/4, 1/4,

400g Thinly sliced beef, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 onion, green onion
Bulgogi sauce: 50ml soy sauce, 50ml water, 2Tbs sugar, 1Tbschopped garlic, 1/4 apple, 1/4 large onion, pepper,
Garnish: lettuce, onion, coriander

1. In a blender, put the all the bulgogi sauce ingredients and blend.

2. Shred carrot, slice onion and green onion and cut mushroom in half.

3. In a pan, coat with olive oil, add and fry carrot, onion, mushroom and green onion. Keep frying!

4. Add beef and bulgogi sauce and keep frying until cooked through.

* Bulgogi Rice

Serve with steamed rice and garnish with lettuce, onion and coriander. done!

Adding fried egg will make it better! Much nicer!

If you want noodles instead of rice, add and fry a little bit of water and soaked glass noodles. Then its bulgogi noodles.

* Bulgogi Sandwich

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese into completed bulgogi and cook using the remain heat until cheese melts.

Assemble sandwich with bulgogi, lettuce, sliced onion, coriander. done!
