Butter Cereal Prawn 奶油麦片虾

This fried prawn is so~~~ delicious. It is easy to cook too.

In Malaysia, we can buy a premix from the supermarket (of course this will save your time). It will be little bit expensive than if you prepare all the ingredients at home. Trust me, the taste is exactly the same. I myself was amazed when I come out with this dish.

** You can use more butter and of course it will be more fragrant.
** Curry leaves is a must. You won't get the authentic cereal prawn flavour if you don't use it
** I like it a bit sweetish, so I had used a little more sugar in this dish.
** You can add little bit of white pepper if you like, is optional.
