Butter chicken roast

Ingredients Quantity

Dry Pomegranate seeds 1tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Elachi powder ¼ tsp
Aam chur 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 ½ tsp +1tsp
Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp + 1tsp
Mint powder 1tsp + 1tsp
Salt to taste + to taste
Black salt 1tsp
Chicken 500gms
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Crushed pepper 1tsp
Lemon juice 1no.
Butter 250 Gms
Fresh cream 2tbsp
Mint leaves 1tbsp+ for garnish

Method
1. In pan add Dry Pomegranate seeds and black pepper powder and roast it for a min.
2. Now add in a grinder and add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, elachi powder, aam chur, red chili powder, mint powder and grind it in a mixer.
3. Remove it in a bowl and add salt and black to taste and mix it and keep aside.
4. Slit the chicken and keep it in a bowl.
5. Now add ginger garlic paste, black crushed pepper, salt to taste and lemon juice and mix it properly and keep aside.
6. In a pan add butter and let it melt but it should not be burnt and keep the flame on low.
7. Now add the marinated chicken and let it cook for 35 to 40 mins.
8. Once it cooked put the chicken on the tava and let the chicken get a color.
9. In bowl add roasted chicken , add the masala we made, red chili powder, mint powder, chaat masala, fresh cream and the melted butter, mint leaves and mix it properly.
10. Sprinkle some masala and garnish with mint leaves
11. Its ready serve hot with pav (buns).
