Today is a very special video as I have a very special guest: my mom!!!You can't imagine how many times I've been asking her to be in one of my videos....she's terribly shy, no matter if I tell her that we are shooting in my kitchen with only my husband and the kids in the room :-)She has few recipes that really rock and today she is cooking (I'm not, LOL!!!) one of them for us: cacciatora chicken thighs with vegetables and tomatoes. Easy, simple and tasty, as I like!
