CANTONESE FRIED RICE - VegetarianIn this episode, I'd like to share with you my vegetarian version of 'Cantonese Fried Rice'. It is so easy to make, healthy and delicious. For all the Chinese food lovers :)To stay tuned upcoming videos SUBSCRIBE here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC199vdxLlzuiFf0onyQWhggINGREDIENTS:1 cup Jasmine rice 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables2 eggs2 tbsp soy sauce3 sprigs of spring onion (chopped)Salt&Pepper Olive oilDIRECTIONS:Pour 5-6 cups of cold water into a pot and turn on the heat.Add rinced rice and frozen veggies into the pot.Add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and a little salt&pepper.Cover with lid and let simmer for 20 minutes.(Once the boil begins, set the lid covering about half the pot)When cooking completes, drain and rinse under cold water once or twice.In the same pot, heat up 3-4 tbsp olive oil, make an 2-egg omelette and stir.Add the chopped spring onions, stir.Pour 2 tbsp of soy sauce.Last but not least, add rice and veggies, stir again.Check for seasoning, add more if desired and serve hot.
