Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour: 1 cup
Baking powder: 2 pinches
Grated carrot: ¼ cup
Orange zest: 1
Orange juice: 2 tablespoons
Buttermilk: 4 tablespoons
Kissan Orange Blast Jam: 2 teaspoons
Ghee: ½ teaspoon

Method of Preparation:
- Add the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix.
- Add the grated carrot, orange zest, orange juice, buttermilk and Kissan Orange Blast Jam.
- Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick or cast iron skillet.
- Grease the pan with a few drops of ghee.
- Using a ladle, pour a small round of batter on the pan. Do not spread it out.
- Cook on a medium flame until the pancake fluffs up and bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook on the other side.
- Pack the pancakes in the tiffin box.
