In a large bowl, add matra, mash potatoes and add it to the bowl. Add onion, tomato, chopped coriander, green chillies, roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala powder, black salt, red chilli-garlic chutney, date-tamarind chutney, green chutney, and mix well.2. Apply butter on the slices of bread and place a portion of the prepared mixture on 4 slices of bread and spread evenly. Top with the remaining slices.3. Grease a grill toasted with butter and place the prepared sandwiches on it. Apply butter on the top of the sandwiches and grill till golden brown grill marks appear. 4. Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally, sprinkle crushed masala boondi, masala chana, sev, and pomogrante pearls.5.
