Mix together chickpeas, gram flour, rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, baking soda, coriander leaves and salt with ½ cup water. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chickpeas till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 3. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot.
