Ingredients:
5 Chapati's
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 Onion, shredded
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1 Carrot, julienne
2 tbsp Red Chilli sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
Salt
1 Spring Onion, chopped

Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, saute them for a few seconds.
Add onion, saute them for a minute and then add red & green bell peppers.
Add carrot, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder, sugar, salt and give it a mix.
Add the chapati noodles, give it a good mix and add spring onion.
Give it a mix and our Chapati Noodle is ready to serve.
