Ingredients for Mince Mixture Preparation:
Mince (beef) 1 kg
Onion (chopped) 1 ½ cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1/4 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 ½ tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Mint leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Chapshoro Dough:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
White wheat flour 1 cup
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Warm water as required
Oil 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Mamtu Dough:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Egg 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Lukewarm water as required

Directions for Mince Mixture Preparation:
1. In a bowl add mince, onion, green chilies, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, coriander, mint, oil and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Directions for Chapshoro Preparation:
2. In a bowl add flour, wheat flour, salt and mix well.
3. Make well in center and add water, oil and knead a smooth and soft dough.
4. Cover and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
5. Now take the dough and cut into 8 equal parts. Make the dough balls of each part.
6. Take one dough ball and roll down into thin round sheet.
7. Spread the prepared mince mixture in the center, leaving the edges about 1/2 inch.
8. Place another dough sheet on top of it and bind the edges together by pressing hard. Now turn and pinch the edges.
9. Transfer the chapshoro onto the pre-heated pan and cook both sides on medium low heat until mince has cooked.
10. Your chapshoro is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Mamtu Preparation:
11. In a bowl add flour, egg, salt and mix well.
12. Now add water and knead a smooth dough.
13. Cover and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
14. Take the dough and divide into 4 equal parts and make each into dough balls.
15. Take one dough ball and roll down into thin round sheet. Cut with small circular mold into small circular sheets and place these sheets on dumpling maker.
16. Fill in the center with mince.
17. Then fold the mold and press hard.
18. Bring water to boil in double boiler and place the plate with holes in it. Brush some oil. Place the dumplings on the greased plate.
19. cover with the lid and let it cook for 25-30 minutes on low heat.
20. Your Mamtu are ready, serve with Chapshoro and enjoy.
