One of few mutton karahi recipes that would make you regret why you did not try it before. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: http://bit.ly/2o7Ji4jMore karahi recipes: http://bit.ly/2LwzwTCVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Charsi KarhaiServes 5-6 persons Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Pani (Water) 1 litre or as required -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs-Mutton with bones 750 gms -Fat 250 gms-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Tamatar (Tomatoes) large 4 (cut in halves)-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 8-10-Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 pinch -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Adrak (Ginger) julienne Directions:-In jug,add water,garlic paste and mix well.-In wok,add mutton with bones,fat and salt.-Add half quantity of garlic water (2 cups),mix well and bring it to boil.-Cover and cook on low flame until meat is tender (approx.45 minutes) and keep mixing in between.-Gradually add garlic water in between until meat is tender.-Add tomatoes,cover and cook on medium low flame until tomatoes are soft (approx. 10-12 minutes).-Remove tomatoes skin,mix well and cook on high flame for 5-6 minutes.-Add green chilies and cook until oil separates.-Garnish with dried fenugreek leaves,fresh coriander,ginger & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Pani (Water) 1 litre or as required -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs-Mutton with bones 750 gms -Fat 250 gms-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Tamatar (Tomatoes) large 4 (cut in halves) -Hari mirch (Green chilies) 8-10-Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 pinch -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Adrak (Ginger) julienne Directions:-Jug mein pani aur lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Karhai mein mutton with bones,fat aur namak dal dein.-Garlic water ki half quantity (2 cups) dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka ubal anay dein.-Dhak dein aur halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (approx.45 minutes) aur bech bech mein mix kertay rahein.-Gosht gul janay tak thora thora ker ka garlic water shamil kertay rahein.-Tamatar rakh ker dhak dein aur halki darmiyani ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 10-12 minutes).-Tamatar ki skin ko remove ker lein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka tez ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.-Hari mirch dal dein aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein.-Kasuri meethi,hara dhania aur adrak sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
