In a pot heat oil and add onion, cook for a minute. Add garlic and cook for another minute.2. Add tomatoes and cook until they are soft. Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, Shan Chaat Masala and mix well. Add 1/4 cup water and cook until oil separates.3. Add soaked red and yellow lentil and mix well. add water and cook until starts to boil. Now cover and cook over medium flame until daal gets tender.4. In another pan heat oil and add garlic.
