Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 2. Chop chillies into thick rings.3. Take the garlic in a mortar and crush with the pestle. 4. Add garlic to the oil and cook on low heat till golden. Add chillies, sauté and cook for -3 minutes. Drizzle some water and mix well. Add salt and fry on low heat. 5. Add butter and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. 6. Add chaat masala, chilli powder and cumin powder and mix well. Add some water, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the heat, add chopped coriander and lemon juice and mix well.7.
