TOMATILLO SALSA:
- 3 Tomatillos
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 chiles de arbol
- Salt to taste

CASHEW CREAM:
- 1 Cup of cashews
- Half of a lime
- 1 Tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 Cup chopped onions
- 1/3 Cup water
- Pepper and salt to taste

BREAKFAST BURRITO:
- 1 Cup of tofu
- 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
- 1.5 Tbsp cumin
- .5 Tbsp turmeric
- 1 Cup potatoes
- 1/4 Cup tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup onions
- Pepper and salt to taste

EGGPLANT BURRITO:
- 1 Cup of eggplant
- 1/4 Cup onions
- 1/4 Cup cilantro
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
- .5 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste

CHIPOTLE BURRITO:
- 1 Cup cooked rice
- 1 Cup corn
- 2 chipotle peppers or chipotle powder
- 1/4 Cup tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup onions
- 1 Tbsp jalapeos
- 1/4 Cup cilantro
- 1 Cup cooked beans
- Salt and pepper to taste

GARBANZO BURRITO:
- 1 Cup or 1 can cooked garbanzos
- 1/4 Cup onions
- .5 Tbsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- .5 Cups of cherry tomatoes
- Pepper and salt to taste

RAW BURRITO:
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 Cup pecans
- 1/4 Cup celery
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tsp cumin
- 1 Tsp paprika
- Half of a lime
