Using a round cookie cutter, cut out discs from the bread slices.2. Break eggs in a bowl. Add milk, salt and crushed peppercorns.3. Chop parsley and add to the bowl. Mix well.4. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.5. Dip the bread discs in the egg mixture, place on the pan and shallow-fry till golden from both the sides.6. Grate mozarella cheese over the bread slices and cover till the cheese melts. 7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
