Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Olive oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 4-5 cloves
-Gajar (Carrot) Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 4 tbs
-Water 3 Cups
-Chicken cube 1
-Chicken fillet 300g
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) tsp
-Italian seasoning tsp
-Olpers cream Cup
-Penne pasta boiled 200g
-Matar (Peas) Cup boiled
-Gajar (Carrot) 1 Cup boiled
-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp
-Olpers Cheddar cheese Cup (100g)
-Olpers Mozzarella cheese Cup (100g)
-Olpers Mozzarella cheese as required
-Fresh parsley chopped

Directions:
-In a pot,add olive oil,onion & saut until translucent.
-Add garlic & saut for a minute.
-Add carrot & mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add water & whisk well.
-Add chicken cube,chicken fillet,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Take out half of chicken pieces & shred them with the help of fork & reserve for later use.
-Remove pot from heat & blend well.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,garlic powder,italian seasoning & whisk well.
-Let it cool.
-Add cream,whisk well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add boiled pasta,peas,carrots,reserved shredded chicken,fresh pasrley,salt,black pepper crushed,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & give it a good mix.
-In baking dish,add prepared pasta mixture,prepared blended creamy stock,mozzarella cheese & fresh parsley.
-Bake in preheat oven at 180C for 20 minutes (on both grill) & 5 minutes on top grill & serve!

Directions:
-Pot mein olive oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saut ker lein.
-Lehsan dal dein aur ek minute kliya saut karein.
-Gajar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken cube & chicken fillet dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chicken ka half piece ko nikal ker fork ki madad sa shred ker lein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Pot ko chulhay sa hata lein aur ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Namak,kali mirch powder,dried oregano,lal mirch crushed,lehsan powder aur italian seasoning dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein boiled pasta,matar,gajar,reserved shredded chicken,fresh pasrley,namak,kali mirch crushed,cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Baking dish mein tayyar pasta mixture,tayyar blended creamy stock,mozzarella cheese & fresh parsley dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grill) & 5 minutes kliya top grill on ker lein & serve karein!
