Cheese Garlic Bread with Honey Mayo Dip
Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour 2 ½ cups
Yeast 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 ½ tbsp
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Water (warm) 1 cup

Ingredients for Garlic Sauce:
Butter (melted) 1/4 cup
Cream Cheese 2 tbsp
Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

For Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mustard Paste 2 tbsp
Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp
Honey 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Topping:
Mozzarella Cheese (grated) as required
Oregano as required
Fresh Parsley

Directions for Dough:
1. In a small bowl, add warm water, sugar and yeast and mix until yeast and sugar has dissolved in the water. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until the yeast gets activated.
2. Meanwhile in a bowl add all-purpose flour and salt and whisk. Now, add the yeast mixture and mix well with the help of wooden spoon or spatula. Add olive oil and knead a soft dough.
3. Cover with cling film and keep it in a warm place for 30 minutes or until double in size.
Directions For Garlic Sauce:
1. In a small bowl add melted butter, cream cheese, garlic, and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
For Honey Mustard Dipping sauce:
1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until all the ingredients have well incorporated. Keep in refrigerator until used.
For Cheese Bread:
1. Take the dough and knead again for 1-2 minutes. Make 4 dough balls.
2. Take 1 dough ball and place a cross in center with knife on it. Roll it down with rolling pin into rectangular shape.
3. Place it onto a baking tray. Apply a layer of prepared garlic sauce. Rest for 5-10 minutes. Top it with mozzarella cheese and oregano.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 210°C for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted is beautifully golden brown from top.
5. Take out of the oven, sprinkle parsley on top cut into strips and serve with honey mustard sauce.

Cooking Time: 15 mins
