Ingredients
1/2 cup white cheddar cheese
1 red bell pepper smoked
Slice the bell pepper, coat with oil and bake at 200*c for 15 minutes
1 bowl jalapenos
1/2 cup grated cooking cheese
1 tbsp flour paste
Mix 1 tbsp flour with 2 tbsp water and make a thick paste
Salt to taste
Sriracha sauce
Samosa pati
Oil for frying

Method:

1. Peel the skins off the roasted bell peppers, remove the seeds and chop the flesh.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix the bell peppers, cheddar cheese, cooking cheese and chopped jalapeƱos.
3. Take a regular samosa wrap/patti and make a cone, now fill the stuffing in the cone and seal with slurry.
4. In a deep pan or wok heat the oil for frying and fry the samosas till they turn golden brown.
5. Serve with siracha sauce or tomato ketchup.
