CHEESE OMELETTE RECIPE

In this episode, I'd like to share with you my favourite 'Omelette' recipe. It is a quick and healthy breakfast that you can make easily at any time. I use Turkish white cheese in the recipe, but feel free to use any cheese that you like. INGREDIENTS (serves 1)
2 eggs
A small matchbox-sized Turkish white cheese
1-2 tbsp fresh parsley
Salt & pepper
Olive oil or butter

DIRECTIONS
Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat well.
Lightly grease a non-stick small pan, turn your stove to medium low heat and place the pan on the burner.
Pour in the eggs gently.
Crumble the cheese over one half of eggs.
Add chopped parsley on top.
Using a spatula, make some small cuts to allow uncooked egg on the top, to flow underneath.
Season to taste.
When eggs begin to set, fold unfilled half of omelette over filled half.
Flip and cook on the other side for approximately 30 seconds.
If you like runny omelettes you can also fold it, when the eggs are
nearly set.
Then you have a creamier texture.
Slide the omelette onto a plate, and serve.
