Ingredients:
For Cheese Stuffing
- Processed Cheese
- 1 Onion
- ½ Capsicum
- 3 green chillies
- coriander leaves
- ½ tsp of Chaat masala
- Pinch of Salt

For Dough
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tbsp of Oil
- Water

Method:
- In a bowl mix together, processed cheese, onion, capsicum, green chillies coriander leaves,chaat masala and salt
- Make small balls of the mixture and keep it aside
- To make the dough add wheat flour, pinch of salt, oil and water & keep aside for 10 minutes
- Make flat rounds of dough and then roll the dough & make small roti
- Stuff the cheese stuffing ball in it, remove excess dough and roll it again
- On a hot pan, roast the paratha on high flame and add some oil
- Cheese Paratha is ready to be served!
