Cheese pull-apart rolls recipe loaded with cheddar cheese and butter, soft, fluffy, and super yummy.

CHEESE PULL APART BUNS

Ingredients

480 grams bread dough
Refined flour for dusting
Butter for greasing
30 grams mozzarella cheese
30 grams processed cheese
Milk for brushing

Method

1. Dust the worktop with some flour, place the dough and knock back to releases excess air.
2. Divide the dough into (60 grams) 8 equal portions. Grease your palms with some butter and shape each portion into ball.
3. Grease a square aluminium tin with some butter.
4. Cut mozzarella cheese and processed cheese into ½ inch cubes.
5. Grease your palms with some butter, make a cavity in the center of each portion, dusting with some flour. Place one mozzarella cheese cube and one processed cheese cube in the center, bring the edges together, seal and shape them into balls.
6. Place the balls into the greased tin, cover with a damp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 30 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 200° C.
8. Brush some milk on top of proven balls. Put the tin into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and demould.
9. Serve hot.
