Cheesy Beef Resha Kabab

Ingredients:
Water 1 liter
Beef boneless 800 g
Split chickpeas (soaked) 500 g
Garlic cloves 4
Green chilies 2-3
Dried red button chilies 10-12
Shan Shami Kabab Masala 1 packet
Green coriander 1/2 cup
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Mozzarella Cheese blocks as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions:
1. In a pot heat water and add beef, split chickpeas, garlic, green chilies, dried red button chilies, Shan Shami Kabab Masala and mix well. bring it to a boil.
2. Cover and cook until meat gets tender.
3. Now remove the lid and let it cook on low flame until water evaporates.
4. Transfer the meat and lentil mixture into bowl. Add green coriander and mint leaves and mash it well.
5. Add egg and mix well.
6. Now take a handful of beef mixture and flatten it in your hand.
7. Place a cheese block on it and wrap the beef mixture around it making a patty shape.
8. In a pan heat oil and add prepared beef patties. Cook each side until golden brown in color.
9. Take off flame and serve. Your Cheesy Beef Resha Kabab are ready.
