In a grinder add mince, onion, green chilies, bread slice, egg yolk, ginger garlic paste, corn flour salt, paprika, red chili, cumin powder and coriander powder. Grind all these ingredients until well combined. 2. Shift mince mixture in a bowl, add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese in it and mix them well. 3. Take mince mixture, flatten in on your palms and add mozzarella cheese in center. Place chicken bones on top and shape it like a drumstick. 4. Coat them in bread crumbs and refrigerate 25 to 30 minutes before frying. Note: you can store these drumsticks in freezer for 3 to 4 days easily. 5. Now deep fry these drumsticks until light golden brown on medium low flame. Make sure oil is not very hot before frying. Direction for sauce: 1. Simmer water in a saucepan; add chili flakes, sugar, salt and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame. 2. Now add lemon juice, slurry (made by mixing corn flour in water) and cook on medium flame until you reach your desired consistency. Your sauce is ready. 3. Serve cheesy drumsticks with sauce and enjoy. Note: you can skip cheese from this recipe and can simply make tasty chicken drumsticks.
