Ingredients for crust:
Bisconni chocolatto as required
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Brown sugar
Ingredients for filling:
1/4 cup Bisconni chocolatto (crushed)
2 cups Heavy cream
1 cup Cream cheese
2/3 cup Powdered sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbsp Gelatin
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Salt
Directions for crust:
In a chopper add Bisconni chocolatto, butter and brown sugar. Chop until well combined.
Take small circle molds and pat the crust in them evenly. Let it set.
Directions for filling:
Beat heavy cream until medium peaks form. Set aside.
In a separate bowl add cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla essence, lemon juice and beat until smooth for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Add cream cheese mixture, gelatin to heavy cream and beat until well combined.
Gently fold in crushed Bisconni chocolatto in it and your filling is ready.
Fill crust molds with a scoop of filling and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set or overnight for best results.
Remove from refrigerator and gently take out of mold. Smooth the edges with a knife.
Garnish with whipping cream and Bisconni chocolatto cookie on top.
Your Chocolatto no bake cheesecakes are ready to serve.
