Chop until well combined. Take small circle molds and pat the crust in them evenly. Let it set. Directions for filling: Beat heavy cream until medium peaks form. Set aside.In a separate bowl add cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla essence, lemon juice and beat until smooth for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add cream cheese mixture, gelatin to heavy cream and beat until well combined. Gently fold in crushed Bisconni chocolatto in it and your filling is ready. Fill crust molds with a scoop of filling and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set or overnight for best results.Remove from refrigerator and gently take out of mold. Smooth the edges with a knife.
