Cheesy Aloo Wrap | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

How to make a delicious cheesy grilled wrap with leftover rotis and aloo ki sabzi.

CHEESY ALOO WRAP

Ingredients

¼ cup grated processed cheese + for topping
1 cup leftover potato (aloo)sabzi
4-6 leftover rotis
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1½ tablespoons butter + for greasing

Method

1. Combine tomato ketchup, butter and cheese in a bowl and mix well.
2. Place eachroti onto a worktop and spread some ketchup mixture on top.
3. Spread some potato sabzi on one side of roti. Top with some cheese and fold the other side of the rotis.
4. Place wraps in a grill toaster, grease with some butter and grill till golden and crisp.
5. Serve hot garnished with onion rings.

Preparation Time: 8-10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-8 minutes
