In a bowl , add boiled potatoes and mash it thouroughly until it reach dough consistency .2. Now add mixed herbs , chilli flakes , salt , refined flour and mix it well .3. Now take mozzarella cheese , and cut it into cubes , keep it aside .4. In a plate sprinkle some flour , make roundels of mashed potatoes and stuff mozzarella cubeinside it .5. Similarly make rest of it , and tilt it on the flour surface .6. In a small bowl add equal quantity of refined flour , corn flour , water and make thin paste of it .7. In another plate take bread crumbs for coating .8. Now place the balls into the paste using fork , then give it a coating of bread crumbs .9. Once all balls are ready refrigerate it for 15-25 mins10. Heat oil in deep bottom kadhai , add the balls and allow it to deep fry until golden brown .11. Once its fried transfer it to absorbent paper .12. Now fry one sprig of coriander leaves for garnishing .13. Transfer it to serving plate .14. Garnish with fried coriander sprig .15.
