Cheesy Sausage Bread Cones A Tasty Twist on Savory Snacks

Ingredients for Cheesy Sausage Bread Cone
K&Ns Frankfurter Sausage 10-12 pcs
Sandwich bread slices 10-12
Bread cone filling as req
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup (grated)
Ingredients for Bread Cone Filling:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp (minced)
Onions (chopped) 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Black olives (chopped) 1/2 cup
Jalapeno (chopped) 1/2 cup
Ketchup 1 cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Red Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Salt, to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Dried parsley 1 tsp
Ingredients for Garlic Butter Spread:
Butter (melted) 1 cup
Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
Dried oregano 1 tsp
Ingredients for Garnishing:
Dried parsley 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes tbsp
Directions for Bread Cone Filling:
In a pan, add oil and saute garlic for 30 seconds. Add onions and capsicum and cook for a minute.
Now add black olives and jalapeno; cook for a minute.
Now add ketchup, soy sauce, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, dried parsley, and red chili powder and cook for a minute.
Thaw K&Ns Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on the pack and cut it into slices.
Mix K&Ns Frankfurter Sausage into the prepared filling and set it aside.
Directions for Garlic Butter:
In a bowl, add melted butter, garlic, and dried oregano. Mix together and set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
Cut the edges of bread and flatten it with a rolling pin. Brush water lightly on one corner and then at the back and opposite corner of the bread.
Press together both the corners firmly to make it a cone. Make sure to seal the edges properly.
Firstly, add grated mozzarella cheese to fill the tip of the cone. Add the filling and sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on top.
Top it with K&Ns Frankfurter Sausage slices, chilli flakes.
Brush the bread cones generously with garlic butter and bake it at 160C for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts. .
Garnish it with dried parsley and serve.
