Join us for an evening with culinary intern Matt Ryder. Experience plates inspired by Native American, Hispanic, Cuban and Southern American influences melded with a new culinary sensibility influenced by his internship at the CVI with Chef Jamie Simpson. Each plate will be evocative of Matt's life experiences in New Mexico, Florida, North Carolina and now Ohio each reinterpreted to reflect Matt's emerging, distinctive style. Matt Ryder is this year's recipient of the coveted Jean-Louis Palladin Work Study Grant awarded by the James Beard Foundation to young professional chefs to learn alongside master artisans, producers, and fellow chefs in pursuit of the same high standards for ingredients that characterized Palladin's philosophy and personal cuisine.Doors open at 6:30 pm for Cocktails, 7:00 pm DinnerLimited Availability.
