Cook on both sides till they get nice colour. In the last add capsicum and toss and transfer them to a plate.Same pan add oil, shahi jeera, onion, curry leaves, salt and saut it till golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste, cashew nuts powder/ paste, turmeric, coriander, chilli powder, curd and let it cook .Now add chopped tomatoes, water and cook it closed.In the last add chicken, capsicum, Kasuri methi, pinch of sugar, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves.Serve it with Rice / Roti
