Chef Special Chicken Curry - Chicken Tikka Masala like curry - Why People get into farming?

#vahchef Chefs love to eat this quick fix chicken curry with onion tomato gravy - why people get into farming -Chicken(Boneless)-500g
Shahi jeera - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 2
Tomatoes- 2
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
Green chillies- 4
Cashew nut powder- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tb spn
Coriander powder- 1 tb spn
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Capsicum- 1
Coriander leaves - few sprigs
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - Pinch
Oil - 2 tb spn
Water - 1 cup

In a bowl marinate boneless chicken breast with salt, turmeric, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, curd and keep it aside
In a pan add oil and place chicken pieces without touching each other. Cook on both sides till they get nice colour. In the last add capsicum and toss and transfer them to a plate.

Same pan add oil, shahi jeera, onion, curry leaves, salt and saut it till golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste, cashew nuts powder/ paste, turmeric, coriander, chilli powder, curd and let it cook .
Now add chopped tomatoes, water and cook it closed.
In the last add chicken, capsicum, Kasuri methi, pinch of sugar, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves.

Serve it with Rice / Roti
