Ingredients :

Spicy Garlic Podi :

Crushed & Mashed Garlic - 2 tbsp
Urad Dal - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli - 10
Gingelly Oil - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Spicy Kara Chutney :

Red Chilli - 10
Small Onion - 20 to 25
Tamarind - Size of Amla
Jaggery - Little
Salt to taste

For Seasoning :

Gingelly Oil - 2 tbsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida & Curry Leaves

Vellai Paniyaram :

Raw Rice - 1 cup (200 g)
Idli Rice - 1/2 cup (100 g)
Urad Dal - 2 tbsp
Coconut - A Handful
