Chicken 65 By Anisa | India Food Network

Anisa shares with us a classic chicken recipe which is simple to make and can be served with a variety of main courses.
Chicken 65 originated in Chennai and the dish is named after the year of its invention i.e. 1965. Chicken 65 is a crispy deep fried appetizer flavored with curry leaves.
It can be served as an appetizer a bar snack, or entree.

Ingredients

1 tsp of turmeric powder

1 tbsp of dhaniya powder (coriander powder)

1 tbsp of red chilli powder

1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste

½ tsp of garam masala powder

Salt to taste

1 cup of curd

Curry leaves

½ kg of boneless chicken marinated with all the spices for 2hrs
