Chicken 65
Chicken 65 is a perfect restaurant style starter recipe that is hot and spicy. If you are a chicken lover, then you will love this recipe. You don't need to rush to the restaurant any more if you have all the ingredients at home for this lovely party Appetizer.

Ingredient Quantity
For Marination:
Boneless Chicken cut into cube size 300 gm.
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1½ tsp
Turmeric powder pinch
Garam masala powder 1½ tsp
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Curry leaves 4-5 no.
Flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Lemon juice ¼ no.
Egg ½ no.

For Sauce:
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Flour 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds ` ½ tsp
Dry red chillies 2 no.
Curry leaves 10-12 no.
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped 2-3 no.
Grated fresh coconut for garnish
Coriander leaves chopped for garnish

Method:
1.Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, tear the curry leaves and add to the bowl.
2.Add flour, corn flour, lemon juice and eggs, mix well.
3.Add little water and salt, mix well and keep it aside for ½ n hours.
4.Heat oil in kadai and fry the chicken till crisp.
5.Remove in absorbent paper and keep it aside.
6.Take another mixing bowl, add yogurt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, flour and water and mix well. Keep it aside.
7.Heat oil in another pan; add mustard seeds and dry red chilies, mix well and sauté till seeds splutter.
8.Add curry leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.
9.Add prepared yogurt mixture, mix well and cook for 1 min.
10.Add fried chicken and mix well.
11.Remove in serving plate, garnish with coconut and coriander and serve hot.
