Ingredients:
Chicken - Boneless 250gm, small pieces
Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Coriander Powder
Cumin Powder
Food Color (optional)
Beaten Egg - 1.5 TBSP
Corn Flour
Garam Masala
Curd/Yogurt
Lemon Juice

Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients and let it sit in refrigerator for 1 hr.
2. Fry in low-medium hot oil until the color turns red. You can check if the chicken is cooked or not and adjust the heat accordingly.
3. Garnish with fried green Chillies and curry leaves.
