Chicken Burnt Garlic Noodles | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Boiled noodles stir fried with fresh cut vegetables and shredded chicken with the flavour of burnt garlic.

CHICKEN BURNT GARLIC NOODLES

Ingredients

½ cup boiled and shredded boneless chicken
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 cup boiled noodles
3 tablespoons oil
¼ cup mixed bell pepper strips
½ tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
2 stalks spring onion greens, finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves

Method

1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add chicken, mix and cook for a minute.
2. Add noodles, bell peppers, soy sauce, chilli flakes, salt and pepper powder and toss to mix.
3. Add spring onion with greens, mix and cook for a minute.
4. Heat remaining oil in another non-stick pan. Slice garlic, add to pan and fry till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
5. Serve hot noodles topped with fried garlic.

Preparation Time: 8-10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes
