CHICKEN CHEESE HALF FRY
Protein and deliciousness loaded egg half fry that makes up for a wholesome and a happy breakfast!

Ingredients

1 cup boiled chicken, shredded
2 tsps butter
1 tsp oil
2 tsps Tata Sampann Chicken Masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
Half fry
80 grams processed cheese
8 eggs
2 tsps butter
2 tsps oil
Salt to taste
8 tbsps chopped onion
4 tbsps chopped tomato
4 tsps chopped green chillies
4 tbsps chopped green capsicum
4 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves + for sprinkling
Dried red chilli flakes for sprinkling
Dried mixed herbs for sprinkling
To serve
8 toasted white bread slices
Salad as required

Method

1. Heat butter and oil in a non-stick tawa, add chicken, Tata Sampann Chicken Masala, salt and smoked paprika powder and mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Transfer into a bowl.
2. To make one half fry, heat ½ tsp butter and ½ tsp oil in the same tawa. Break in 2 eggs and mix lightly. Sprinkle salt, 2 tbsps onion, 1 tbsp tomato, 1 tsp green chilli, 1 tbsp capsicum and 1 tbsp coriander leaves and spread a portion of the chicken mixture.
3. Grate cheese 20 grams, sprinkle dried red chilli flakes and dried mixed herbs and 1 tbsp chopped coriander. Cover and cook till under side is cooked.
4. Transfer chicken cheese half fry on to a serving plate and serve hot with toasted bread and salad.
