CHICKEN CHEESE HALF FRYProtein and deliciousness loaded egg half fry that makes up for a wholesome and a happy breakfast!Ingredients1 cup boiled chicken, shredded2 tsps butter1 tsp oil2 tsps Tata Sampann Chicken MasalaSalt to taste1 tsp smoked paprika powderHalf fry80 grams processed cheese8 eggs2 tsps butter2 tsps oilSalt to taste8 tbsps chopped onion4 tbsps chopped tomato4 tsps chopped green chillies4 tbsps chopped green capsicum4 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves + for sprinklingDried red chilli flakes for sprinklingDried mixed herbs for sprinklingTo serve8 toasted white bread slicesSalad as requiredMethod1. Heat butter and oil in a non-stick tawa, add chicken, Tata Sampann Chicken Masala, salt and smoked paprika powder and mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Transfer into a bowl.2. To make one half fry, heat ½ tsp butter and ½ tsp oil in the same tawa. Break in 2 eggs and mix lightly. Sprinkle salt, 2 tbsps onion, 1 tbsp tomato, 1 tsp green chilli, 1 tbsp capsicum and 1 tbsp coriander leaves and spread a portion of the chicken mixture.3. Grate cheese 20 grams, sprinkle dried red chilli flakes and dried mixed herbs and 1 tbsp chopped coriander. Cover and cook till under side is cooked. 4. Transfer chicken cheese half fry on to a serving plate and serve hot with toasted bread and salad.
