Take chicken in a bowl. Add cheese spread, 2 tablespoons spring onion greens, crushed peppercorns, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and salt and mix well.2. Cut bread slices into roundels using a medium size cookie cutter. 3. Spread some butter and some garlic on each roundel. Place them on a baking tray. 4. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 2-3 minutes.5. Put some chicken mixture on baked roundels and top with some cheese.6. Put the tray back into the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.7.
